Okay so are we sticking to the idea I had? And you wanted to specify an area for it...

Yea let's just start our ideas I'll start posting soon.

"Ari, I need you to escort the survivors out of here."

Ari looked into her father's eyes and nodded. She knew what this meant and as a soldier held her emotions back.

Ari ran through the remnants of the small city. Rumblings of explosions and the screams of missiles sounded throughout the area. She held her fathers rifle tightly and looked throughout the wreckage. She nudged bodies to make sure they were unsavable. One boy jerked and moved. It was a mother but to Ari's sadness. The woman's lower half was missing from her body. She looked at Ari and revealed an infant in her arms. The desparation was in her eyes and Ari nodded.

Okay the basic plot so that anyone who joins knows what it is:

A sort of alternate reality, where the fear of the end of the world is much more... impactful then it is for us. The technology is also more advanced as well. Okay, so the human race is worried their culture and very being will be wiped out of exsistence, so as a solution they create or adapt humans (whether already children, babies, or embreyos) into a more advanced beings to carry on what the human race fears that they will lose. As time goes by and the event that was supposed to end them does not occur, the humans begin to fear their own creations (which is the minority). So the advanced humans have to survive in a world that once adored and worshipped them but is now a world that fears and hates them.
